CeCe Winans’ presence on stage is poised and confident. There's a steadiness to her words and body language that commands the room but it's not based on pride.

Because of her decades of stage experience, her gifts and spiritual maturity, she can communicate so much with a simple eyebrow raise or hand gesture.

Sometimes I use far too many words to say what could have been communicated in fewer out of a need for my message to be understood. But when we choose our words with intention, we speak to the heart—not just to fill space.

Short story author & playwright Anton Chekhov said “Brevity is the sister of talent.”

So when sharing the gospel, giving a speech or even instilling a truth in your child. Sometimes, to leave an impact, less really is more.
