It feels like hate moves faster than anything—like a wildfire racing across dry ground, burning everything in its path. We see it online, in the news, even in our own neighborhoods. It’s overwhelming, but it also stirs up the truth I stake my life on:. That hate is stronger than love.
Love is the only force that can quench those flames. Not just a feeling, but the love God pours into us - as “Living Water”- is the kind that forgives, listens, and reaches out when it would be easier to pull away.
This is not just one point of view. There are many faith leaders and religions that teach this. And as followers of Jesus, we have to stand out by practicing what we preach; by being FOR people. Because Jesus was FOR people.

It says in Romans 12:21 in the Bible – “Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.”

So let's be firefighters, spreading love with our words, prayers, and actions. Let’s be slow to anger. Return blessings for curses. Love our enemies... no matter what. Because while hate can spark quickly, love is the water that never runs dry—and it always wins in the end. Happy Monday!
