Last year my elderly mother moved in to our home and I was only able to listen to the radio during my ride to and from work as I didn't want my radio/alarm to wake her up. I had missed my extra hour of CHRI every morning. I had always felt it set the tone for my day. Since this last lockdown, I have been able to work from home, so I am able to get 8 hours of CHRI in each work day and my husband often has it playing upstairs in the kitchen. I'm loving it! I...
