“When something goes wrong in your life, just yell ‘Plot Twist’ and move on.”
It’s all about the attitude, right?
I had a “plot twist”: The kids and I planned to stay at my parents’ for a night and it turned in to 2 cuz we got snowed in. I didn’t have enough diapers for both the kids so we had to adapt, I had to raid mom’s closet to get dressed for work this morning, Hannah had to drink 10% cream instead of 3 percent LOL ... but I just went with it and as a result, the kids got extra time with their grandparents.
Life will be full of curve balls and plot twists and it’s all about how we adapt and move on from it. Will we let it throw us off and set-us back? Will it control our emotions and affect our day and the people around us? I think the most exciting thing about Plot Twists is that we don’t see them coming AND they can lead to a better story.
